Man United’s Marcus Rashford Sends Boy A PS5 For His Awesome Charity Work

Jacob, a nine-year old from St. Helens in Merseyside who has engaged in charity runs for Fare Share, has been gifted a PS5 from Manchester United footballer Marcus Rashford.

Fare Share was established to support children in poverty, and Rashford has been campaigning against the issue for a while now, caught wind of young Jacob’s efforts and sent him a PS5 directly to his house, alongside an accompanying letter.

We are not kind to be noticed, we are kind because it’s the right thing to do. It feels good to help others. I’ve been so proud reading stories on my Twitter about the work you have been doing, and how it has helped people in the last year.

To show my appreciation, I wanted to make sure that I acknowledged these kind gestures with a gift. Not all gestures are going to be rewarded but know you are appreciated, and every time you look at this gift remember how good it feels to look out for others.

Jacob wasn’t just gifted the console itself, but also a copy of PES 2021, which Rashford graces the cover of alongside other football heavyweights including Cristiano Ronaldo.
