Former Uncharted developer Amy Hennig is working on a new Marvel game at SkyDance Media, and we already have out first confirmation of a writer involved in the project: Marc Bernardin.
News comes following Bernardin’s appearance on the FatMan Beyond podcast hosted by Kevin Smith, where he confirmed he’s working on Hennig’s new project. Bernardin is best known for his work on Star Trek: Picard and various comic books in the Marvel and DC universe.
For most of the pandemic I had been working with a woman named Amy Hennig who created and wrote, she was a leader on the Uncharted games.
They announced this week that the game we have been working on is in partnership with Marvel. That’s all I can say about that, but I have spent the better part of a year in the story mines coming up with a Marvel videogame.

Not much is known about the Marvel game at this point, but Smith claims he knows what it is, and that the live chat had already guessed its identity. Apparently, “the two viable guesses were Ant-Man and Fantastic Four,” says Ben Hanson on Twitter.
Amy Hennig’s Marvel game has yet to attract a release date and it is unknown what platforms it is currently in development for. Still, the fact Hennig is involved in a Marvel property is enough to get us giddy with excitement.
