Game pre-orders will always be a thing in the foreseeable future whether we like it or not, given it’s an easy way for publishers to lock down units sold. In some cases, though, it’s not that offensive like in the case of Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite since it’s just character skins and doesn’t grant any bonuses that affects the gameplay.

Not bad, right? While it’s a no-brainer and confirmed that fighters will be released post-launch as DLC, the full game is said to feature 28 characters in total, which isn’t half bad.
