Sony has confirmed that Minecraft will be available at the launch of the PlayStation 4.
The sandbox indie game created by Swedish programmer Markus "Notch" Persson has received massive critical acclaim since its launch in 2009.
Minecraft is an open-world game that involves using your imagination to build constructions out of cubes in a 3D procedurally generated world.
Versions of Minecraft will also appear on PS3 and PS Vita, though no release date is specified at this time.
