Mortal Kombat Movie Reboot Release Date Set For April 2021

FIGHT! The Mortal Kombat movie reboot has been confirmed for an April 16, 2021 release, Warner Bros. has announced. The film will be coming to theatres in the US on this date and will also be available to stream HBO Max.

Mortal Kombat will be the first big-screen adaptation of the classic fighting game franchise since 1997’s notoriously rubbish Mortal Kombat Annihilation, which was a sequel to 1995’s Mortal Kombat, widely considered to be the best video game – movie adaptation of all time,

The movie features Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Hiroyuki Sanada as Scorpion, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Josh Lawson as Kano, and Joe Taslima as Sub-Zero.
