New 16-minute Uncharted 4 Madagascar gameplay released, features huge environments and combat

New footage of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has surfaced online following a recent hands-on event for the hotly anticipated PlayStation 4-exclusive sequel.

Seen below, the 16-minute video takes place in Chapter 10 of Nathan Drake’s epic swan song, as the cocky fortune hunter teams up with Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan and his brother, Sam, to explore the vast wilderness of Madagascar.

Naughty Dog’s focus on larger environments for this latest Uncharted outing is detailed extensively in the footage, along with plenty of action-packed combat. Check it out below.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will arrive in stores on May 10, 2016
. Set three years after the events of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, the sequel sees Nate coming out of retirement and reunited with his long-lost sibling, who was previously thought to have perished some 15 years ago. Along with Sully, the Drake brothers embark on a globetrotting journey as they hunt down a legendary pirate’s treasure. 

As previously reported, Uncharted 4 will be the final instalment in the 20+ million selling action-adventure franchise to feature Nate. Naughty Dog hasn’t officially confirmed what’s in store for the future of the series, but has said it has at least one more PS4 game to come out.
