Michael Tucker, a popular YouTuber who runs the ‘Lessons from the Screenplay’ channel, has announced he’s been hired by BioWare to work on the new Mass Effect game.
While he didn’t reveal what position he has been hired for at BioWare for the game, it’s likely he’s involved with the script writing process given his YouTube channel.

The new Mass Effect game is currently in the prototyping phase, and according to Jeff Grubb, the game will not enter full development until next year. Furthermore, it’s looking likely the game will utilise the Unreal Engine 5 rather than Frostbite tech.
While it’s still too early for any actual in-game footage of the new Mass Effect, BioWare used the most recent N7 Day celebrations to reveal some fresh artwork for the game.
In the meantime, you still have Mass Effect Legendary Edition to keep you busy, which is now available for PS4, PC, and Xbox One.
