New Two Worlds game in development for 2012

On occasion, developers and public relations slip up, revealing big announcements during small talk. TopWare is now among this group, with marketing director James Seaman spilling the beans about the development of Two Worlds III.

In a response to recent accusations about TopWare blacklisting press for poor Two Worlds II review scores, Seaman discussed how TopWare was making improvements to the franchise’s gameplay quality, leading to his slip about Two Worlds III.

"We are trying to do a better job every time and have brought in a brand new 3D modeling, animation and CG team for the next Two Worlds game coming out in 2012," said Seaman.

With games like Dragon Age II, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on the horizon, the Two Worlds series has some heavy competition moving forward. If the developers at TopWare continue the franchise — as Seaman’s comment indicates they will — we hope those purported improvements materialize.
