Square Enix‘s NieR Replicant remake has been given its first trailer and it looks stunning. On top of that, Square Enix has confirmed the PS4 release date as “April 23, 2021.
The new gameplay trailer gives us a look at the title’s world and atmosphere. Pair that with the classic music for the NieR franchise and we are looking at another winner for the franchise.
The game’s box art has also been revealed, as well as the White Snow Edition, which is only announced for Japan and currently being finalised for a North American release. We will likely hear more soon about this edition.

NieR Replicant was announced back in March and will aim to continue the franchise after the hugely successful NieR Automata. This release date was hinted at earlier this Summer as the game got rated in Taiwan.
