Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced availability of the final collectible for PlayStation Stars, which the format holder recently confirmed will be shutting its doors in November 2026.
While there’s still 14 months to go until it closes down for good, PayStation Stars is no longer accepting any new members, and as of next week there will be no new collectibles. In addition to putting the kibosh on collectible goodies, PlayStation Stars from next week will also stop members from earnings Points and levelling up their status.
Members can, however, redeem their points until the closure date as long as they don’t expire before hand. So, yes, it’s still going to be around for more than a year, but there’s not much happening for existing members.

PlayStation Stars originally released in 2022 as a new loyalty program for Sony console owners, allowing them to earn various rewards for completing specific tasks.
