Crowd-funded racing game Project CARS will be launching next year and is confirmed for PlayStation 4, the developer has stated on its official website.
Developed by Slightly Mad Studios, the makers of the Need for Speed: Shift games, Project CARS is "aiming to set a new standard for virtual racing for motorsports and car fans around the world." Project CARS was funded through Kickstarter as opposed to usual publisher means and is thus one of the first PS4 titles to come via alternative funding.
Originally, the game was announced for PS3, but it seems like that version is no more.
