Sony is still keeping us waiting for the full PS5 reveal, but it’s widely believed at this point it’ll focus heavily on the games – something which has been further cemented in a new write-up on GI.biz, which suggests it could be almost ‘Nintendo-like’ in its approach.
PS5 Reveal Could Have Nintendo-Like Games Blowout
The editorial reads:
It might even be almost Nintendo-like in that regard, shying away from discussions about specifications and instead leaning into an exclusive line-up.
Obviously nothing has been confirmed by Sony yet on what will be shown, but we can definitely expect the design to show its face, and the format holder would be crazy not to showcase at least a couple of major games for the system.

While an official date for the reveal hasn’t been divulged by Sony, it is expected to happen on June 4. Frankly, I think any later would be a mistake; Microsoft has already kicked things up a gear regarding Xbox Series X, so Sony needs to pull its finger out and do the same.
