Sony Interactive Entertainment is launching PS5 system software update 21.02-04.03.00 today, which weighs in at 913.5MB. The console maker launched the previous PS5 update just a few weeks ago.
Right now there’s no details on what the update does, but we’re almost guaranteed to see another case of stability improvements.
Sony has been busy updating the PS5 over the past few months, although the most significant patch came in the shape of supported for M.2 SSDs, allowing gamers to store and play their games from an external device.
The PS5 was released in the US, UK, Europe, and other major regions in November 2020, and ranks as the fastest-selling PlayStation console of all time in the UK, having now achieved one million sales in the country.
