nDreams has announced on Twitter that its upcoming Ghostbusters VR title is officially titled Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord. The game is heading to PSVR 2 and MetQuestVR in 2023, although an exact date has yet to be revealed.
Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord is not a direct follow-up of any of the much-loved films in the franchise, but instead takes place in modern-day San Francisco. Players will have the chance to run their own ghost-busting business, which sees you tracing, blasting and trapping marauding phantoms with iconic equipment.
nDreams recently revealed that it was increasing full-time salaries for all of its 180 employees by £1,000 in order to combat rising energy costs in the UK.
