Sony has hit another laudable milestone this week, announcing that global PSVR headset sales have breached the 3 million mark between now and the platform’s launch in October 2016.
This follows on from another recent announcement that, since 1994, Sony has sold in excess of 500 million PlayStation systems worldwide.
The news was reported over on the PlayStation Europe Twitter account in a Tweet that thanked those who’ve bought one of these 3 million units for being part of the PSVR community.
