We have over 40 beta codes to giveaway, and it’s simply a matter of keeping your eyes peeled. We’ll give you a special code which you’ll need to insert on the beta site. This will guarantee you access when the beta phase launches.
To get a code, follow PlayStation Universe on Facebook and Twitter. We’ll be posting 5 closed beta codes every hour starting from 11am BST on Tuesday September 15. We’ll be alternating between Facebook and Twitter so make sure you keep an eye on both.
Once you’ve bagged your code, you’ll then need to follow these steps:
1. Go to the Rainbow 6 beta site.
2. Select your gaming platform.
3. Log into your UPlay account, or create a new one.
4. Enter your beta key and follow the instructions.
Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege is a first-person shooter in development by Ubisoft Montreal. Players take control of a member of the counter-terrorist unit, Rainbow, and can switch between different classes that boast various specialties. In this new Rainbow Six game, there’s a big emphasis on teamwork and environmental destruction as players work together to eliminate the enemy, using an array of weapons and gadgets, such as breach charges.
What modes will be available in the Rainbow Six Siege beta?
The release date for Rainbow Six Siege was recently delayed until December 1, 2015 for all regions, but the closed beta will give a chance to get a head-start over your enemies. The beta phase will give players access to Terrohunt multiplayer mode, where up to five players will face challenging A.I. as they attempt to assault the French consulate to disarm bombs. PvP mode will also be available.
