PSU recently went hands-on with Resident Evil Requiem during a preview session, where we were able to sample a small section of gameplay involving Grace Ashcroft being stalked by blood-thirsty creature in a hotel. You can read our full preview here.
Resident Evil Requiem takes place 30 years after the destruction of Raccoon City, as depicted in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. The game introduces newcomer Grace, an FBI agent who is the daughter of Alyssa Ashcroft from Resident Evil Outbreak, as she investigates as series of grisly murders at a hotel – the same location where her mother perished eight years earlier. Players will be able to switch between third and first-person viewpoints, a first for the franchise.
Meanwhile, we also got our hands on a small section of Pragmata, where we got to grips with the game’s unique combat system and sample some basic environmental puzzles. You can check out our impressions here.
