Speaking during the latest issue of Official PlayStation Magazine UK, Capcom‘s Morimasa Sato confirmed that Resident Evil Village will utilise the PS5 Activities feature to some extent.
When quizzed if the game would use PS5 Activities, Sato-san confirmed that it will indeed utilise the feature for the main campaign and more.

Resident Evil Village is scheduled for release on PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One on May 7, 2021. The game takes place a few years after the events of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, and sees players reunited with Ethan Winters, who has relocated to Europe with his wife, Mia.
Capcom is celebarting the 25th anniversary of Resident Evil this year, and will be marking the occasion with a second showcase at some point. Furthermore, it will release a new, combat-focussed Resident Evil Village demo this Spring.
