According to Battlefield data miner Temporyal, Ripple Effect Studio will kick off the long-waited Battlefield 2042 Season One will kick off in March 2022 at the earliest.
The game’s client “includes weekly missions for 12 preseason weeks,” suggesting that Season One will indeed drop in March next year. There’s also reference to a new map named Exposure, which has leaked beforehand.

Leaker Tom Henderson recently revealed that Battlefield 2042 was going to include a number of environmental hazards such as volcanos and earthquakes, although they were ultimately cut from the final version.
