Rumor – God Of War Ragnarok Release Set For November 2022

Sony Interactive Entertainment will launch God of War Ragnarok in November 2022, according to a new report on Bloomberg.

Journalist Jason Schreier said that he’s heard from three sources that have claimed the game will arrive in November for PS4 & PS5, despite recent rumours suggesting the highly anticipated sequel has been pushed into 2023. Furthermore, it is believed the release date itself will be announced at the end of the month.

Schreier had previously chimed in on social media shooting down the delay rumors, so it’s not surprising to hear this latest development. Furthermore, given his reliability when it comes to this sort of thing, we’re inclined to believe him over the delay story.

God of War Ragnarok is the much-anticipated follow-up to 2018’s God of War, which acted as a soft reboot for the series. The game reunites players with Kratos and Atreus, who will once again be battling against enemies based on Norse mythology, and will brush shoulders with the mighty Thor himself.

Speaking of the God of Thunder, voice actor Ryan Hurst recently said that he’s just wrapped up his final batch of work on the game.

Elsewhere, Sony is also going all-out on accessibility options for God of War Ragnarok, which will be incorporating elements seen in the PC version of God of War, plus a host of new features.
