Ubisoft is reportedly beavering away on a new Prince of Persia game as well as a sequel to 2020’s Greek mythology-inspired Immortals: Fenyx Rising.
That’s according to tipster Tom Henderson, who is citing “several sources with direct knowledge of Ubisoft’s plans” in an article on Xfire. Ubisoft has already made it clear it’s got a lot of games bubbling away in its development pot, and one of those is rumoured to be Assassin’s Creed Rift, a stop-gap between Valhalla and the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Infinity.
Regarding the Immortals: Fenyx Rising sequel, Henderson claims that the game is now in pre-production, with Ubisoft currently staffing up for the game.
Meanwhile, the new Prince of Persia game is entirely separate from the upcoming Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time remake, and will allegedly be taking “inspiration from Ori” and employs a 2.5D template.

Ubisoft hasn’t announced anything about any of these projects yet, but Henderson has a solid track record, so hopefully he’s on the money again.
