These kinds of hints have been found before deep within coding for other games, so the possibility is there.
Compounding with this information is the look at Bethesda’s E3 game listing, featuring an unknown role-playing game–or games, mind you–for all five of the platforms listed above. With these two pieces of information put together, the likelihood seems positive. Until more information releases or an official statement arrives from Bethesda, do give this sort of speculation the grain-of-salt treatment.
