The next chapter in the Forza Horizon franchise could feature a Japanese setting, according to a now-deleted Instagram post from Cult & Classic, an Australian import car company.

Exciting new! We have Cody here, from @forzahorizonoffical shooting cars for the next instalment in the series. As there are no late-model Key cars in America, he has flown out from the states too use our cars as the basis for their digital versions. Nothing official has been announced yet, although Phil Spencer basically confirmed back in June that a new Forza Horizon is coming in 2026. Forza Horizon 5 was released for the PS5 back in April as part of Microsoft’s ongoing strategy of bringing its major IPs to rival formats.
