Guerrilla Games is reportedly set to launch Horizon 3 at some point 2027, according to reliable industry insider TCMF Games on X. However, before that, we’ll be getting the standalone Horizon multiplayer project out the door.
TCMF Games claims that Horizon is “currently in development” and is based around Nemesis, and will “potential launch in 2027.” Interestingly, the leaker suggests that it could be a cross-generation title for the PS5 and PS6, accompanying the latter as a launch title.
However, they made it clear that the in-development Horizon Online title is going to be coming out before any third mainline Horizon game.

Back in September last year, Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier reported that the Horizon Online title is going to be Guerrilla Games’ next major title, and while he said Horizon 3 is in the pipeline, it won’t be out for a while. While nothing official has been confirmed yet, this latest report at least ties in with Schreier’s comments.
Guerrilla Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed back in 2023 that the Horizon series had sold 32.7 million sales since its inception in 2017.
