SEGA has announced that the Sights, Sounds and Speed update for Sonic Frontiers DLC will be released on March 23, 2023.
While there’s no details yet on what it will include, we already know that SEGA has a content roadmap for Sonic Frontiers, with its first DLC set to include a Photo Mode, a jukebox, and Challenge modes. That sounds a lot like what you’d expect in Sights, Sounds and Speed pack, right?
The first of three free content updates for Sonic Frontiers is coming 23rd March. With newly added features and modes, it’s time to experience the Sights, Sounds, and Speed of the Starfall Islands.
Tails Channel has revealed that the Jukebox features 13 tracks, with 40 others available to collect throughout the Starfall Islands as ‘sound memories.’ Meanwhile, the Challenge modes reportedly feature a Battle Rush and a Cyber Space Challenge time attack mode.
Sonic Frontiers was released in November 2022 for PS4, PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. You can read our full review here. Back in February, SEGA revealed that Sonic Frontiers ‘greatly exceeded‘ its expectations, which will result in a bigger budget for future games.
