Sony confirms PSX 2015 press conference date & time, what PS4 bombshells can we expect?

Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) has confirmed that it will be hosting its PlayStation Experience 2015 press conference on Saturday, December 5 at 10.00am PST/1.00pm EST/6.00pm GMT. That’s the same time as last year, for those who are keeping track.

The format holder has already confirmed that it will have a slew of playable titles for the event, which takes place in San Francisco this weekend. In addition, Sony has said that we can expect various surprises to drop at PSX, although quite what the company has in mind is anyone’s guess. However, it has been suggested that Sony Bend’s new title will finally be unveiled at the event. We’ve also got our own ideas of what PSX may have in store for PlayStation fans, so be sure to read on and find out what we think.

Just in case you’re not quite hyped about PSX yet, Sony has issued a new trailer to drum up anticipation for the PlayStation shindig, so give it a watch if you haven’t done so. As well as a host of playable games and the press conference, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End developer Naughty Dog will also be hosting a panel on its hotly anticipated action-adventure sequel, so keep an eye on that.

Sony will no doubt also use its press conference to remind us how well the PS4 has sold this year, with the system moving a massive 11.7 million units so far this year and shifting a whopping 30.2 million units worldwide since its launch two years ago.
