Ubisoft has emerged from a galaxy far, far away clutching a Star Wars Outlaws launch trailer for you to feast your eyes on ahead of the game’s much-anticipated release on August 30.

Developed by Ubisoft Massive, Star Wars Outlaws is the first authentic open-world entry in the much-loved franchise, and takes place between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Players follow scoundrel Kay Vess, who along with her ragtag crew attempts to pull of a massive heist in order to pay off a criminal syndicate.
As previously confirmed, Star Wars Outlaws will receive story-based DLC following its release, the first of which will arrive in Fall 2024 and the second launching in Spring 2025. One of these, Wild Card, will see Kay cross paths with Lando Calrissian.
Star Wars Outlaws is out on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S on August 30.
