The Last Of Us HBO Continues To Impresses In Second Trailer Set To A-Ha’s ‘Take On Me’

HBO has released a new trailer for its highly anticipated The Last of Us series, which features plenty of action-packed snippets featuring Pedro Pascal’s Joel and Bella Ramsey’s Ellie, and a surprisingly solid use of A-Ha’s ‘Take On Me.’

We’re also given a look at some of the infected including Clickers and a glimpse at a Bloater rising from a raging fire. Equally impressive are the locations on display, which really channel the atmosphere from the game.

The Last of Us HBO is set to premiere on January 15, 2023, and last week we got a look at some new character posters for key characters including Marlene, Tommy, Tess, Henry, Frank, Bill, Sarah, Riley and Sam.

Developer Naughty Dog released The Last of Us for the PS3 back in June 2013, and later issued a remaster for PS4 the following year. More recently, the studio overhauled the game once again, this time for PS5 in the shape of The Last of Us: Part I.
