It has been revealed that The Last of Us Part 2 has reportedly sold 2.8 million copies in June, making it the biggest digital launch for a PlayStation exclusive.
The news comes from SuperData’s latest report (via VGC) where they report the number, along with reports that the game outsold both Marvel’s Spider-Man and Final Fantasy VII Remake by around 600,000 digital units. Two-thirds of The Last of Us Part 2’s digital sales were pre-orders, which suggests that the number will drop in July and August.
The report also shared a number of other details about current sales figures, which you can read about here.
