CD Projekt RED is hard at work on a few major projects, one of which being The Witcher 4, which is in fact the game that the studio is focusing on more than anything else.
There’s a lot we still don’t know about The Witcher 4, but it seems like Doug Cockle, the voice actor behind the protagonist of the first three games, Geralt, has given us a tidbit of information.
In an interview with Fall Damage Cockle does his best to keep things close to the chest, but does let it slip that from what he’s seen, Geralt is not the focus of the next Witcher game.
“The Witcher 4 has been announced, I can’t say anything about it. We know that Geralt will be part of the game, we just don’t know how much. The game won’t focus on Geralt, so it’s not about him this time. We don’t know who it’s about, I’m excited to find out!”
While we don’t have any idea as to when The Witcher 4 will be ready, nearly two months ago CD Projekt RED said that out of all its other projects, The Witcher 4 is “the most advanced,” which is to say that the studio is further along in its development than anything else.
Hopefully that means we’ll be able to learn more about The Witcher 4 soon.
