Tom Clancy’s The Division Is Now Playable At 60 FPS On PS5

Ubisoft’s has announced that Tom Clancy’s The Division is finally available to play at 60 FPS on the PS5.

Agents, The Division is now available on PlayStation 5 with enhanced performance at 60 FPS. This update brings smoother gameplay to the snow-covered streets of New York where it all began.

The Division was originally released for PS4, PC, and Xbox One in March 2016, and is set in the near future during the aftermath of a viral pandemic in New York City. Players take control of a Special Agent of the Strategic Homeland Division, who is tasked with helping the outfit rebuild its operations in Manhattan.

The open-world Manhattan is littered with destructible environments and can be freely explored, while duking it out with enemies on the war-torn streets. Progress nets you XP, which is then used to purchased weapons and gear, as well as investing them in new talents and skills. Ubisoft supported the game with multiple post-launch content including daily and weekly missions, plus the Survival and Last Stand expansions.
