Official word has hit the net that Sucker Punch’s next title Infamous: Second Son will feature two new editions of the game.
First, the Limited Edition of Second Son will feature a special game foil cover that’s unique to this offer only, so fans of the series may wish to pre-order instead of waiting until the game hits the shelves. This exclusive cover will not only be foil, but it will also have a different piece of artwork featured on it as well as downloadable content exclusive to this and the Collector’s Edition–but more on that in a bit. Cole’s Legacy, the DLC exclusive to these editions, will include story content that helps bridge the gap between Infamous 2 and Second Son. Those who have already pre-ordered have no need to go and change their orders, because all existing orders have already been upgraded automatically, since the Limited Edition will run at the same price as the basic game: $59.99.

The Collector’s Edition costs only $20 more, but it includes a bunch of cosplay-grade material as well as some in-game content. A replica of Delsin’s beanie, 8 of his pins, official DUP patch, and vinyl decals all physically come with the Collector’s Edition, and the game itself will feature exclusive CE cover art as well; it’s worth noting that the CE cover art isn’t as, in my mind, intricate as that of the Limited Edition, but the included content in this edition is very hard to ignore. In-game content, as mentioned before, will include the single-player Cole’s Legacy, and Delsin’s "Legendary" vest will also be equippable.
