Gaijin Entertainment has released a Gamescom-scented trailer for its PlayStation 4 and PC dogfighter, War Thunder.
The trailer depicts land and air-based battles as German and Russian forces go head-to-head in a brutal ruck, which sees tanks and aircraft alike reduced to burning, twisted wrecks of scrap metal.
Gaijin announced yesterday that War Thunder will support VR technology in the form of Sony’s Project Morpheus and Oculus Rift.
War Thunder features a comprehensive line-up of aircraft spanning British, German, Russian, Japanese, and American forces, with arcade and realistic dogfights available for pilots to jump into.
In addition, the game was also recently patched to incorporate tank battles allowing gamers to hop into a variety of ground-based assets, such Anti-Air units, Tiger Tanks, and much more. Naval warfare is expected to be added later down the line.
