There are plenty of crafting resources that you can find in the latest Warframe update. One important crafting material is the Warframe Eidolon Shard. Here we give you the information you need to find Eidolon Shard and how to use in Magus and Virtuos blueprints.
What is the Warframe Eidolon Shard?
Warframe first introduced Eidolon Shard as a crafting element in the Plains of Eidolon update. Eidolon Shards should not be confused with and is different from the Brilliant Eidolon Shards and Radiant Eidolon Shards.
The Quills’ Magus and Virtuos Arcanes need Eidolon Shard in order to be crafted. You will need 10 Eidolon Shards as sacrifice for Adherent (Rank 3) and 20 Eidolon Shards for Instrument (Rank 4). Finally, Architect (Rank 5) must sacrifice 30 Eidolon Shards for The Quills.
Where to find Warframe Eidolon Shard?
Eidolon Shards are rare crafting resource. You can find it on Earth and at the Plains of Eidolon.
How to get Eidolon Shard in Warframe?
You will need to kill or capture the following Sentients to get Eidolon Shards. Each may give you one, three or five shards:
- Eidolon Teralysts- Health: 555,225, Shield: 47,518, Armor: 1,107.49 (78.69% Damage Reduction)
- Gantulyst- Health: 671,100, Shield: 57,175, Armor: 1,275.69 (80.96% Damage Reduction)
- Hydrolyst- Health: 798,225, Shield: 67,768, Armor: 1,456 (82.91% Damage Reduction)
Arcane Enhancement Blueprints Using Eidolon Shards
- Magus Cadence- increases sprint speed; requires 3 Eidolon Shards
- Magus Cloud- gives immunity to fall damage; needs 3 shards
- Magus Elevate- gives opportunity to restore health; requires 3 Eidolon Shards
- Magus Nourish- restores health as time passes by to the Warframe while Transference is active; needs 3 shards
- Magus Replenish- restores health to the Operator after doing a Void Dash; requires 3 Eidolon Shards
- Virtuos Ghost- increases status chance on headshots; needs 3 shards
- Virtuos Shadow- increases Critical Chance on headshots; needs 3 shards
- Virtuos Strike- awards a small chance of increasing critical damage upon landing a critical hit; 3 Eidolon Shards required
- Virtuos Fury- gives chance at increased damage after inflicting a Status Effect; requires 3 Eidolon Shards
