Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot confirmed during Sony’s Gamescom press event today that a Watch Dogs feature film is in development.
The flick, based on the upcoming sci-fi action-adventure title from Ubisoft Montreal, is in the works at Ubisoft Motion Pictures and will be produced by Sony Pictures and New Regency.
Watch Dogs isn’t the only Ubisoft IP getting the silver-screen treatment, however. Movie adaptations of Assassin’s Creed and Splinter Cell are also in development, with the former due out in June 2015.
