Where is Xur and what does he have in stock?
It’s Friday again, which means Xur, Agent of the Nine is paying another visit to the world of Destiny 2 to flog Guardians a range of exotic wars. Got your Legendary Shards handy? You’ll need them if you want to pick up some new gear.
Xur makes his weekly visits every Friday morning before departing early Tuesday, when the Destiny 2 reset comes into effect.
Unlike the original game, he now appears out in the wild on various Patrol zones throughout the game world. You can find him simply by opening the Director.
Where is Xur today?
The Destiny 2 Xur location for this week is IO, the same place as the weekly Flashpoint. The enigmatic merchant can be found at Giant’s Scar.

Developer Bungie will launch the first Destiny 2 DLC, Curse of Osiris, on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One early next month. At this point, the game will also receive a PS4 Pro patch and the weekly reset will switch to late Tuesday as opposed to its usual morning slot.
The Curse of Osiris will introduce a wealth of new content, including new missions, Heroic Adventures, a new social space, and the biggest Public Event to date.
In addition, the DLC also raises the Destiny 2 Level and Power Level cap, meaning players who have already reached the current limit will have reason to continue grinding.
