EA leaks Euro Rock Band release date?

According to Internet reports, an insider at industry giant Electronic Arts has leaked the expected European release date for the company’s upcoming music simulation title, Rock Band

The highly anticipated title, already available in North America, will finally be hitting European shelves on March 6, 2008. However, we’d like to remind our readers that EA has yet to officially announce a release date for the title, and as a result you’d be advised to take treat this purely as rumour material for the time being.

Rock Band allows players to assume the role of either a singer, drummer or guitarist in their own virtual rock and roll band, utilizing a series of specialised peripherals for each position, including a wireless microphone, drums and guitar.

    MARCH 6!!! FOR **** SAKE!!! The game was developed in EU, right!? Ahhh... i hate living in Europe.... Why oh why don't i live in US!!

    4 months? 4 D**M MONTHS???

     

    I get that the licensing procedures are different and it may tak a bit of ectra time but 4 months? a third of a year? to h*ll with that...i'll stick with GH3.

    It's worth remembering (for UK residents, at least) that games are usually released on a Friday - March 6th is a Thursday. Perhaps we shouldn't hold our breath on this one.
