I suppose they have done it to make it fair since Europe doesn't have Qore so they are going to choose a select few so that Europe isn't left out. I like it, it may not seem fair but if they put it on the PSS for Europe there's no doubt Americans would download it using a European account. They have done this so Qore purchasers don't feel like they are getting ripped off completely if all Europe was allowed the demo and Americans had to buy it-ish.
