Expansion for PixelJunk Monsters in the works

With addictive tower-defense style gameplay, and the ability to play on the go on your PSP via remote play, what's not to like about PixelJunk Monsters? Not much, if you ask us. Rabid fans have been e-mailing Q-game begging for an expansion, and they've responded:

"Thanks for the mail! We are really enjoying the feedback from people about Monsters, it seems to have really hit a sweet spot. There should be some news about an expansion pack over the next few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled."

There it is, official confirmation of the development of a PixelJunk Monsters expansion. We'll have more details on the expansion as soon as they're available.

they're creating fake hype about an expansion for this game? It might be a fun game, but I'm sure there are a lot less people than we're led to believe lining up, saying, "PLZ GIVE US MORE!"....

Love the game,find it 2 hard cant do medium shortcut & im also stuck on the special level with all them f***ing spiders.Any tips?

psn id: gingo.... lol i'm struggling to get past some of the levels in the original never mind waiting for an expansion but this game is amazing

This is good news. The game is fun, but its damn hard lol. i cant get past the Easy 3 level, even in coop with a friend! i kinda wish there were more modes to it than just the 1.
