Home to release November 19 alongside the NXE?

With the holidays just around the corner, Microsoft and Sony have turned up the heat with one of the best winter line-ups to date. Both the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 are set to release major updates on the same day with the launch of the New Xbox Experience and PlayStation Home.
For those unfamiliar with the NXE or Home, they are both visual environments to display an avatar on your next-gen console and interact with friends online in a whole new way. PlayStation Home has been in development for quite some time and has experienced a great number of delays due to its ambitious list of features.
However, according to Internet reports, PS3 owners will finally get to delve into Home on November 19 – the same day that Microsoft confirmed that the NXE would debut. This comes as little surprise, as Sony has been correlating its big titles to release alongside with Microsoft's exclusives this holiday season.
With Home finally dropping and such huge releases as LittleBigPlanet, Fallout 3, Resistance 2, and Call of Duty 5 all happening in the next few weeks, expect your wallet to feel considerably lighter in the run up to Christmas.

I don't think Home is gonna get used on my PS3 at all. Bored of hearing of it, and bored watching the videos of it.

as long as it is official i cant wait dont want to get me hopes up for another setback wouldbe horrible as ive now seen home on a friends ps3 and it looks beatiful as good as expected

To say you're not going to use it is well... a lie sorry. You cared enough to post your thoughts here, you will install a free software despite what you say. I don't mind delays since I know the undertaking something like would take, I'm just happy they're finally confident enough with the development to release it.

Sony HAS to release Home at the same time, or sooner, than NEX, otherwise it's minus one point to Sony..
You know where this is goin right? If it has a forced release date, that means the App'll end up comin out unfinished as per usual, and thus, get judged on an unfinished build, pit against the NEX feature... That will at least be finished, albeit a carbon copy.Hm...

I thought it is going to be released along with LBP - so in october, but now it's november 19th...omg their so pathetic with Home, who cares about it anyway, too much good games coming out so that no one could bother about Home anyway

being as my home is completely wireless, and i have not bought the 360s $120 wireless adapter (f***k me!) ill only be enjoying Home this upcoming holiday, less i can find a way to burn the update for 360 to disc. But im lazy.

yeah theres info saying its coming out same day but theres info saying they are launching a large batch of closed beta invs end of october then towards end of year open beta which is prob what this is cause theres not enough in the beta to keep ppl interested and ive been there for a month, ive been bored since day 1 bowling only stays fun so long
