From the guys who brought you the GTR series, a new, realistic-looking kart racing game is coming soon to the PlayStation Network.

The game is called Kart Attack and is being developed by Blimey! Games, and although at a glance the game looks like a sim, it plays more like an arcade racer. The game is being targeted at the casual gamer, and as such, it will be very easy to pick up and play.

There are no powerups in this game, but you will be able to upgrade your karts and use boosts to overtake your opponents both online and off. However, at this time, they have not yet announced how many karts there will be to choose from or how many players will be able to race eachother at one time. There will surely be more information soon, as the game is scheduled to release this summer, so check back!
