Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 demo coming during E3?

A demo for Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is coming to the PlayStation Store during E3 2009, reports HipHopGamer. The 10-minute demo is said to showcase the game's enhanced fighting system, improved graphics, and deep story.

Tecmo announced the next installment of the action-packed ninja series in March. The PlayStation 3 exclusive is scheduled for a fall release in North America and Japan, followed by Europe.

Developed by Tecmo's own Team Ninja, the series launched as an exclusive for the PlayStation 3 with Ninja Gaiden Sigma in July 2007. The first game also had a demo on the PlayStation Network.

    well the first sigma was ungodly difficult.  i never could beat it, even on the "easy" mode.  i hope this one isnt the same because id love to love this series, but i hate games that are too difficult cause im kinda impatient and cant injoy a game with constant frustration.

    i loved the 1st one,its so much fun playing on the higher difficulties,its a true test of your skills

    Played this game on the 360. Nothing new here apart from the onlone co-op mode. But lets face it why would you want to team up in a game that is better played Solo??? This feels tacked on to me

    This game will be the same as the Xbox 360 version. Its just lie that they have mention about those things that have been enhanced. I have it, for my Xbox 360 and I have played the old once that came out for Ps3 and 360. They are the same and nothing is different. Save your money people.

    I don't get it. How can it be exclusive? Ninja Gaiden Sigma is just Ninja Gaiden from the Xbox. That's not exclusivity.

    The T rated Ninja Gaiden that this is shaping up to be... It just won't be the same. I'm not really a big blood and gore fan, but my 360 friends are going to be laughing at me.

    I need to re-buy sigma 1 and beat it before I get this, too.

    At 12,

    Ninja gaiden sigma is a remake of the original title. Therefore it qualifies as a seperate title, therefore a playstation 3 exclusive.

    Same with ninja gaiden II where it is being remade as ninja gaiden sigma II.

    e3 is going to be big! i just cant wait for it, ninja gaiden was a great game for sure i am buyying the second

    Cool! the X360 version sucked because of the controls, camera and slowdowns.

    Sigma 2 is gonna fix these things and plus two characters (Ayame and the other girl) with online play.

    plus better grafics!!

    This game is worth my money.

    Tecmo's press release says nothing about the demo being downloadable from PlayStation Store.

    maybe an enhancement, but fact remains, i already played this great game on my 360.
