Sometimes you will gain recognition where you least likely to expect it. Sitel, which is an outsourcing company that has specialization in customer care has been recently awarded two honors for their Sony PlayStation solutions.
Sitel won Best Private Sector Call Centre and Utilities & High-Tech Outsourcing Project of the Year. The first award was given out at the Marketing Direct Connect awards while the second was from the National Outsourcing Association.
"These awards are testament to our exhaustive customer contact solutions portfolio, deep industry expertise, customer service leadership and global best practice," commented Dale Saville, president of Sitel.
"Benchmarking success against other industry leaders by winning awards is important to us. When they are decided by our peers, they are even more valuable," he added.
Even though this is a 3rd Party award and not directly linked to Sony, it is still good to see that a company is credited because of their support and efforts to the PlayStation brand.
Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Sitel is the leading global provider of outsourced customer contact center services. Sitel maintains over 145 call centers in 28 countries. For more information, please visit the official Sitel website.

Means it is some outsourced malarchy that you call and get some hadji on the phone that speaks immperceptible English. After waiting for 30 minutes, you finally get to a human that tells you things like: "Is the power on?", "Did you plug it in?", "Is your TV plugged in?" right after you just told them that the thing blew up after trying to play Halo 3 for five minutes. Oh wait..... that's 1-800-4-MYXBOX....
Yeah, I have never had to call Sony support because the ps3 system is actually reliable, unlike the other 2 360's I put myself through before pulling my head out my butt and gettin' a 'Station
