Dead Island 'Ryder White' DLC announced

Dead Island will receive a fresh chunk of post-release content early next month in the form of the Ryder White DLC.
Due out on February 1, this latest batch of DLC is entirely story-focused, and allows gamers to hop into the shoes of Dead Island antagonist, Ryder White.
In doing so you’ll learn more about White’s motivations and background, and more importantly, why he did what he did. Apparently, you’ll see the baddie from an entirely new perspective, from military man to loving husband.
In addition to White’s mission, which itself adds “several hours” worth of story content, the DLC will also chuck in two new blueprints and weapons for your consumption.
Ryder White will be available to download via PlayStation Network, Xbox Live and Steam for £7.99/800 Microsoft Points.
