E3 2012: Assassin's Creed III gets naval battle footage

Ubisoft unveiled a sumptuous gameplay demo of Assassin’s Creed III yesterday during its E3 2012 press conference, depicting one of the game’s epic naval battles in all its glory.
Indeed, it seems when hero Connor isn’t busy stabbing redcoats or fighting bears, he likes to enjoy the spray of salt water on his face and takes the helm of a massive ship complete with a mean set of cannons.
Check out the gameplay demo below. Assassin’s Creed III is scheduled to ship for PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 on October 30, 2012.
