Ubisoft is planning to release an Assassin’s Creed Anthology box set, online retailer Amazon.fr has revealed.
While the bundle has yet to receive an official announcement, Ubisoft did confirm to Eurogamer today that the Anthology is indeed the real deal.
As you might have guessed, the bundle includes all five console entries in the historical action-adventure franchise, namely Assassin’s Creed, Assassin’s Creed II, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and the newly-launched Assassin’s Creed III.
Not only that, but it also throws in all downloadable content, which includes single-player and multiplayer add-ons. All in all, that's 100 hours worth of content -- not too shabby.
Expect a formal announcement later this week.

Well over 100 hours if you're a completionist! Especially if you're going for the trophies, the Platinums took me about 30+ hours each. Speaking of which, no trophy patch for Assassin's Creed? This bundle would be a great opportunity to bring it in, all 5 Assassin's Creed games, plus trophies for the original!

Am I only one that feels when they release packs like this and GoTY Editions, Day 1 buyers like myself are getting the s**t end of the stick?
Sure, I get pre-order "bonuses", but they usually get wrapped up with these special editions anyways. So that point is null. -
