PS4 games will primarily use Blu-Ray for the 'foreseeable future'

With such a heavy push for digital distribution of every PlayStation 4 game, Sony hasn't forgotten about the Blu-Ray disc. In fact, it will still remain the choice format for game releases on the PS4.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe President and CEO Jim Ryan recently told IGN that the, "primary delivery mechanism for the big games on the PS4 platform will continue to be Blu-Ray discs, for the foreseeable future." When asked if that meant maybe five years, Ryan replied, "That sort of horizon, yes."
With Blu-Ray discs supporting up to 50 gigabytes of data and some games running 45 gigabytes in size, it isn't convenient for everyone to download larger games via the internet, especially in certain parts of the world.
Ryan gave the example that, "If you go down to Southern Europe, where we have very big and important businesses, it can take you 3 days over a standard internet connection to download a file of the size, and that’s not fun. There are certain gating factors in terms of internet infrastructure that mandate that the disc-based solution is going to be the primary delivery mechanism for the foreseeable future."
Will you be buying your PS4 games on Blu-Ray or digitally?

I'll be buying on Blu-ray and digital both, just like I do on the PS3 right now. I also read that the Blu-ray drive should be running at 6x read out, instead of 2x. But that isn't chiseled in stone till final specs are released later on.

Sony used to have a 5 copy cap, now its 2 - which means you and a friend can go half in on a game and both enjoy it - which is pretty sweet. I prefer to download my games for many reasons, the only benefit from having physical copies is that you can resell them, that's the only reason to buy physical over digital. If you buy games and plan to keep them forever, its best to go digital, you can never lose them, and its nice to have a selection (in my case over 60+ games) just a click away.

I prefere BD versions for games because I can take my game to a friends house and reselll when finished with the game. Plus here in France it would take longer than 3 days to download because our internet often gets cut off and it's just too slow. I love the whole idea of PS4 downloading stuff whilst your playing, not doing so is the most horrible thing about this gen consoles!

95% BD, anyway I'll only buy "small" games as DLC like High velocity bowling, I guess for the Cross buy games with Vita you'll have to buy the physical PS4 game
