Ascension is due out in the U.S. on March 12, and arrives in the U.K. on March 15. The story focuses on Kratos’ early years as he attempts to break free from his bond with Ares, the God of War.
While he’s still just as adept at bashing in his foes skulls as previous games, the developers have promised we’ll see a more human side to Kratos this time around as he embarks on a quest to defeat the three Furies.
Stay tuned to PSU.com for our review next week.
