Atlus has announced that the next chapter in the Persona franchise has been delayed until summer 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
Keep in mind that this delay pertains to the Japanese launch of the eagerly anticipated RPG, so this presumably means an even longer wait for the U.S. and European release. This is despite the fact Atlus previously assured North American gamers that the title would be out in 2015.
While it’s unfortunate that Persona 5 has been pushed back, the publisher did unveil a brand new trailer for the game at the Tokyo Game Show 2015 this week, so be sure to check it out below. While you’re at it, have a butcher’s at the latest screenshots and debut trailer if you missed it.
