Following its spectacular E3 2015 showing, Electronic Arts has confirmed the pre-order details for Star Wars Battlefront.
Those who commit to purchasing DICE’s shooter on day one will gain one week early access to the Battle of Jakku, described as “the pivotal moment when the New Republic confronted key Imperial holdouts on a remote desert planet.”
The area of Jakku featured in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and players will be able to experience the battle that scarred the landscape forever.
Players who pre-order Star Wars Battlefront will gain access to the content on December 1, 2015, while other players will have to wait until December 8, 2015. The game launches on November 17 on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
